What good is sending a card if it is not received?

We take more steps than virtually any other greeting card site to make sure that your card is received. For example:

• Over 5% of all cards sent have some a simple "typo" in the email address which stops it from going through. We pre-check all email addresses and warn you before you send your card if we feel there may be a mistake.
• Spam is a big problem on the Internet resulting in many email services and companies having over-aggressive spam blockers. This means when using other sites your cards are less likely to be received.

  We have become certified members of the Bonded Sender Program. As a certified member, we are guaranteed to have our mail delivered to over 34,000 email services and over 240 million users mailboxes.

• If the card you sent was not picked up the first time, we send multiple reminders to make sure the recipient did not accidently miss it.

• Premium Members can access a "Sender History". This shows all cards sent and their current status. It also allows cards to be resent or even cancelled if necessary.

• In the event that a card was sent and we are informed that it was not able to be received, we will send you a notice indicating the reason and assisting you in successfully delivering the card.
