Account Questions
Just click on the "login" icon on the top right corner of any page. If other
members of your household have GreetingCards.com accounts and one of them
is currently logged in, you may need to click the "Logout" button before
the Login option will be visible.
The most common problem when logging in is either mistyping your email
address or mistyping your password. An error message should appear
indicating which item (email or password) is the problem.
Please remember that passwords are "case sensitive" meaning the password
"DOG" is different from "dog". You must type it exactly as you entered
it originally. If you have forgotten your password you can click on
the "Lost/Forgot" password link to have a password re-sent to you
via email.
If the system is unable to locate an account matching the email address
you entered, please make sure you have typed your email address correctly
and that you are entering the email address you used when registering.
If you have registered but cannot seem to login, please contact
Customer Support.
When you first signup, you are given temporary access so you can begin
sending cards right away. However, to fully activate your account you need
to complete account verification.
You should have received an email from GreetingCards.com asking you to
click on a link to approve your account/email address. If you did not
receive this you can click here and complete this page to have it
resent to you. If you still do not receive it, please contact
customer support.
